If you exercise regularly, you can think clearly and you can stay happy because doing sport helps your body produce endorphins. Thanks to endorphins, you feel good. 

       Also joining a sports club or doing yoga can change your mood. The second solution is having a healthy diet. Eating fresh fruits, vegetables such as orange, grapefruit juice are good healthy  food for your immune system. Even if candy bars give energy, they are artificial energy, so they dont support long term health. The final and important solution is sleeping. According to scientists, sleep is always the best medicine and they say that 20-30 minute naps increase productivity. Nowadays, people spend too much time on social media and they sleep 5-6 hours. This factor can lead to stress. As a conclusion, stress at work or school is a solvable problem and you can avoid this problem by applying aforementioned solutions.
